Raylee Jo

Raylee Jo is the author of The Adventures of Mo and Ekko, a children's book series inspired by her own boys, family, and close friends.

Her heart behind storytelling is simple and intentional: to write stories that spark imagination while teaching meaningful life lessons along the way. Through the adventures of Mo and Ekko, children are invited into stories filled with friendship, discovery, and growth.

Raylee is a wife, a mother, and a follower of Jesus Christ. Her faith shapes not only how she lives, but how she writes. What began as a way to engage her children and loved ones through storytelling has grown into a calling to share stories with families everywhere.

The Heart Behind Mighty Oaks Project

The name Mighty Oaks Project is inspired by Isaiah 61:3, which speaks of "oaks of righteousness" planted by the Lord for His glory. Oak trees are known for their strength, resilience, and longevity. In the same way, we believe that our duty is to raise up children in the way they should go, giving them the tools they need to grow up to be "mighty oaks" for God's kingdom. One of the ways that we can come alongside parents and grandparents is to create beautiful stories that help instill faith and character into their young ones.
